IMC Federation54th National Annual Meeting
Kaohsiung, 7–8 November 2026: venues, programme, registration and notes for participants.
The 54th IMC National Annual Meeting takes place in Kaohsiung on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November 2026 under the theme “萬馬奔騰挺高雄・豪情萬丈創巔峰” (roughly, “Ten thousand horses gallop for Kaohsiung — boundless spirit to reach new heights”). It is organised by the IMC Federation and hosted by IMC Kaohsiung.

The organisers may change the programme.
Registration and accommodation
Registration fee: NT$4,500 for members and family, NT$4,700 for guests, NT$2,000 for children (“Little IMC”), covering programme, meals and souvenirs; accommodation is extra.
Kaohsiung Marriott: twin room (two small beds) NT$6,600 per room (NT$3,300 per person); quad room (two large beds) NT$8,600 per room (NT$2,150 per person).
Registration is through each member club.
Notes for participants
Formal dress on Saturday; comfortable shoes for the afternoon tours. On Sunday participants wear the Annual Meeting polo shirt.
Please bring an ID document and an EasyCard or iPASS transport card, and business cards for exchanging with members.
Please switch mobile phones to silent during ceremonies.
Each room receives two key cards; please return them at check-out (lost cards NT$100 each).
