[PDM]
Designed to enable participants to utilize design as a management resource strategically by improving their capabilities of design management
Duration: 1 November (Thu) – 14 November (Wed) 2018
Venue: AOTS Tokyo Kenshu Center (TKC)
Targeted Participants: Executives, managers or designers* involved in design management
*The term “designer” refers to the individuals in types of work related to the design of consumer products.
Targeted Countries: All Countries subject to Japan’s ODA (Except China)
Application Deadline: 7 September 2018 (Fri) (Deadline Extended)
2) The Program on Innovative Production Management by IT
[TIPM]
Designed to develop production management capabilities with IT/IoT techniques based on Japanese production management methods, which are suitable to their production sites
Duration: 31 October (Wed) – 13 November (Tue) 2018
Venue: AOTS Kansai Kenshu Center (KKC)
Targeted Participants: Owners, directors or senior managers in manufacturing companies. Staff or managers of public institutions and industrial organizations in a position of instructing about production management are also accepted.
Targeted Countries: All Countries
Application Deadline: 4 September 2018 (Tue)
3) The Program on Program & Project Management
[PPTP]
Designed to acquire the system and method of project management based on the P2M*, enhancing the low carbon society in which the state and society, its industry and each business firms prosper by balancing accelerating development and sustainability in an optimum form

Targeted Participants: Directors, senior managers in companies and/or project leaders or managers who are in a position to manage projects in companies
Targeted Countries: All Countries
Application Deadline: 18 September 2018 (Tue)
4) The Corporate Management Program on Energy/Resource Saving & Sustainability
[CMPE]
Designed to study the recent concepts and practice methods of “environmental management” incorporated as a new management strategy in Japanese companies, and of “resource and energy saving” that leads to corporate competitiveness through cost reduction.
Duration: 3 December (Mon) – 14 December (Fri) 2018
Venue: AOTS Tokyo Kenshu Center (TKC)
Targeted Participants: Owners or directors in manufacturing companies. Managers who are responsible for overall organizational management in manufacturing companies may also be accepted.
Targeted Countries: All Countries
Application Deadline: 9 October 2018 (Tue)
Part of the participation expenses of above programs will be covered by subsidy from the Japanese government.
